1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary based on destination and shipping provider delays.


3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to UAE. Sudia or "most countries worldwide"]. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on location and carrier.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zauvia Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Zauvia Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at zauviastore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
